Want a bubble skirt? I never thought I would, but after seeing some well done example, I thought I might give it a go. A tutorial at lovemaegan explains how to make a full skirt into a convertible bubble skirt. (this could even be adapted for any dresses you own or scrounge up from the opshop.)
